This is home
We moved to Connestee in 2007, when our daughters were still in elementary school. They grew up swimming in these lakes, hiking these trails, and knowing every neighbor by name — an idyllic, camp-like childhood I wouldn't trade for anything.
Seventeen years later, I'm still struck by it: the morning fog lifting off the water, the sound of the falls after a rain, the wave from every passing car. When I help someone buy or sell here, I'm not just working a transaction — I'm welcoming a neighbor or sending off a friend.
